Her finner du dem i hvertfall!

Jeg deler et bilde og et sitat hver dag, fra den 1. til den 24. Desember.

Kjærlig hilsen,

Hanne

“The greatest gift you will ever offer someone is far more precious than anything wrapped in ribbon or bought with wealth. It’s the silent permission you give them to feel safe in their own skin, to breathe without fear, and to embrace their true essence without the need to shrink or apologize. It’s the quiet, unspoken acknowledgment that they are worthy, not because of what they do, but because of who they are, in all their imperfect, raw humanity.

To gift someone the feeling of being enough is to hold up a mirror not to what they lack but to the brilliance they already possess. It is to strip away the layers of doubt and insecurity that the world has cast upon them, allowing them to see themselves clearly for the first time, radiant and whole. They no longer need to strive or perform in your presence, for you have created a space where their soul can rest, where they are loved for simply being.

This gift is not loud or grand; it doesn’t announce itself with fanfare. It is a whisper in the quiet moments, a gentle reassurance when their confidence wavers, a steady hand when they feel unsteady. You give them permission to stand tall in their own truth, knowing that they are not too much or too little. They are, and profoundly, enough.

When you offer this gift, you become the light in their darkest corners, the warmth in their coldest doubts. You become the one who sees them, truly sees them, beyond the masks they wear for the world. And in your seeing, they begin to believe in themselves again, trust in their own worthiness, and know that they don’t have to earn love—they already deserve it.

This is the gift that changes everything. It is the gift of belonging, of being seen and held without judgment, of being allowed to take up space in the world as they are. In giving this gift, you are telling them, with every action and word, that they are whole, worthy, and enough. And that is a gift that no one can take away.”

“Abundance is not the money you have in your bank account, the trophies on your shelf, the letters after your name, the list of goals reached, the number of people you know, your perfect body, your adoring fans.

It is your connection to each breathe, how sensitive you are to every flicker of sensation and emotion in the body. It is the delight with which you savour each unique moment, the joy with which you great each new day. It is knowing yourself as presence, the power that moves worlds. It is your open heart, how deeply moved you are by love every day, your willingness to embrace, to hold what needs to be held. It is the freshness of each morning, unencumbered by memory or false hope.

It is the feeling of the afternoon breeze on your cheeks, the sun warming your face. It is meeting others in the field of honesty and vulnerability, connecting beyond the story, sharing what is alive. It is your rootedness in the present moment, knowing that you are always Home, no matter what happens, no matter what is gained or what is lost. It is touching life at the point of creation, never looking back, feeling the belly rise and fall, thanking each breath.

It is falling to your knees in awe, laughing at the stories they tell, sinking more deeply into rest. It is simplicity. It is kindness. It is you, before every sunrise, fresh, open, ready…and awake.

You are rich, friend! You are rich!”

«Listening is awesome.

It’s one of the greatest yin powers in the Universe.

And because it’s so giving, it’s so trusting, it’s so without agenda, listening alone has the power to bring permanent change to our world.

So the deeper you listen, the more optimistic you will become. And the deeper you listen, the higher your spirit can rise. The deeper you listen, you will hear only one thing. You’ll hear love. Everywhere.»

«Stille, vent med at tale,

“Because we live in times of great conflicts and radical uncertainty, we need occasions of gratitude and grace, however small, in order to ease our soul and restore our spirit for life. Gratitude comes from a deep place in the heart where pain can also reside, so that being grateful also acknowledges the suffering in the world.

What people now call “the holidays” used to be known as holy days. Gratitude is an act or practice of making things whole and making life holy. Despite and because of all the current divisions and acts of violence and vengeance, we need to find ways to feel and know that life remains holy and that healing remains possible.

Thankfulness comes from the Latin “gratia", the same root that gives us grace. Gratitude is like a blossoming from within that reconnects us to the underlying wholeness of life. Grace involves a state of mercy and wonder that can fall upon us unexpectedly, regardless of the conditions of the daily world.

Being thankful is the opposite of taking things for granted. Thus, gratitude is not simply thankfulness for things received, it can occur in giving as well as in receiving. What we seek when giving thanks are moments of wholeness that can help us bring a sense of grace back into the world. At such times, the pain of divisions, loss and isolation can be redeemed, even if only for a moment.

The presence of gratitude also serves as an indication of the inner nobility that is natural to each of our souls. In times of worldwide troubles and heart breaking tragedies we need practices of coming together to bring the blessings of gratitude and grace to our own hearts and the world around us.”

«Love shows itself in very fine, delicate vibrations in the body.

Often we’re busy moving and doing things, we’re not aware of this very subtle layer.

Sit quietly and tune into the fineness of the body and anywhere it feels warm or good. This is love present in your body.

Start to nourish those places, they are like little seeds»

«Tell me, my dear

what is calling you?

What is breaking your heart wide open?

What wakes you up at night and

beckons you

out of bed

to stand in moonlight

arms outstretched like a star

in prayer?

Tell me, dear one,

what is it that has been begging you

to begin to sing

the song

you were born to bring our world?»

13.

“Softness is the manifestation of inner safety. It’s our natural state when our nervous system is calm.

The direct opposite of softness is stress, which is the manifestation of inner unsafety”

“My own time on earth has led me to believe in two powerful instruments that turn experience into love: holding and listening. For every time I have held or been held, every time I have listened or been listened to, experience burn like wood in that eternal fire, and I find myself in the presence of love”

“This is not the time to do all of the things. This is the time to truly clarify what is yours to do. Rest creates far more clarity than frenzied doing.

Clarity leads to more precision in strategy. Precision in strategy lends to even bolder steps forward. Be still now and your next move will come from a place of inexhaustible power.”

“I’ve noticed something about people who make a difference in the world: They hold the unshakable conviction that individuals are extremely important, that every life matters.

They get excited over one smile. They are willing to feed one stomach, educate one mind, and treat one wound.

They aren’t determined to revolutionize the world all at once; they’re satisfied with small changes.

Over time though, the small changes add up. Sometimes they even transform cities and nations, and yes, the world."
